  • Give a clear description of the job and duties you will need accomplished. I have never met any one who can read minds all the time.
  • Have a specific area for the person to work. Everyone needs a little space.
  • Have available any tools and equipment needed. It’s difficult to do any job without the proper tools.
  • Introduce the new person to other people in the office. No one likes to feel like a stranger in a strange place.
